Shipping: Audvon shoes are carefully packed and shipped within 1-2 business days of your order.
Standard delivery times depending on your location but ranges from 5-10 business days.
Once your order ships out you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package every step of the way.

Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your shoes arrives damaged upond arrival please contact us with your order number within 7 days of delivery, and a photo showing the issue. We will be happy to replace them for you. Your satisfaction is important to us.
